betzoo on homepage

My friend's laptop (windows7) has this problem. The homepage which should be BBC simply changes to betzoo. The default homepage is BBC. The kaspersky Av is updated.Does anyone have any suggestions to solve this?

Has the home page been changed within the browser's settings? Go to the BBC page, then click on Tools>Internet Options and ensure that the 'General' tab is selected. Under 'Home Page', click 'Use Current', 'Apply' and 'OK'.

If that doesn't work, try downloading, installing and running the free version of Malwarebyte's AntiMalware:

(If running it with the laptop booted normally doesn't do the job, restart the machine and boot it into Safe Mode - by pressing F8 during the boot process - before trying again).
