Is there any agency, etc which sponsors Work Permits for permanent jobs in the UK, if the company offering you the permanent job is not willing to sponsor your Work Permit ? I already have a permanent job offer in the UK but no Work Permit. Please help. I am a non-EU resident and have been made this offer by a Software Company ! ! !

If your prospective employer is not willing to sponsor your work permit I suspect this may be rather difficult for you and the company may not be prepared to keep the job offer open while you apply for it can often be a long drawn out process. .If the company won't help you, it might be worth asking them if their lawyers have a facility for helping you with this process although I suspect such an offer of help would only be made if the job offer is at a very senior management level.   There are consultancies who will  help individuals apply for a work permit but you will have to pay them a fee which will probably not be cheap.    The following websites might give you more information.  Good luck!
