opening links

When I open a link on here I only get address bar etc at top of page I always have to drag it down to view it. What have I done never did this before help?

can anyone help me with this one so annoying. When I click any link full screen page does not open only slim line at top ( address bar menu bar ) then I have to drag down to view page
