My apologies for the delay in responding to the 'first aid' comments. (I'd obviously be no good as a 'First Responder', would I?).

To be fair, I've had some very positive feedback from some people.
(BTW: If anyone ever gets to see the Department of Health training video for using defibrillators, watch out for me in every scene! The director drove us nuts that day!)
