After a week my back felt fine but my stomach felt terrible. I went privately for craniosacral therapy thankfully got fixed and dumped the tablets.
If you need that much in combination go back as yousound like you need something either stronger or with a different action... what sort of pain...? One thing that might be worth trying is changing the co deine/paracetamol for a version designed for tension headaches like syndol as they can make you a bit dopey/relaxed but instead of....not as well as...and remember to check the paracetamol content of everything you take and no more than 4 grams in any 24 hour period we don't want another AB visit to the liver unit
BTW both aspirin and ibuprofen can give you heartburn type symptoms but for completely different reasons
