i posted a question below about internet trouble and was asked what my OS is - windows 2000 professional, and what internet connection i have - 56k dialup with wanadoo anytime. hope this new information helps. incidentally, my NEW user has failed as well. i have to use my flatmates user to get online. what is the problem!!??
