Subscribed Thread Notification Stopped

For some reason email notification of updates to threads I'm subscribed to seems to have stopped, is anyone experiencing the same thing or is it just me?

No I have had 3 email notifications today.

personally, i find email notification of threads a total irritation and always stop them from whatever forum i'm on. all they do is clog up your email in box.
perhaps you could explain why you, and others, like them? don't you just go and check any threads you've added to? or any you've started? or, on AB, go on to your profile and click on one of those tabs to see who's responded?
really don't get it :)

Fixed it now, for some reason Windows Live Mail has suddenly decided the AB was junk.

In my case I can just glance to my right to see if any subscribed threads have been answered and is not a chore to clear a couple of emails a day really. Also some threads are ancient and would take a lot of trawling to find.

I don't really know why I like to do it that way, I guess it's just what I've got used to.

fair enough mamy. i just hate having a clogged up in box, get enough emails as it is without all those notifications.

Some of mine have started going into the junk folder, but not others.......strange.
