Fake returned mail

I use Windows Live Mail and recenty I am getting a lot of rubbish returned mail from Mail delivery subsystem (mailer-Daemon).Below is the text of one of them....-----

I ignore the highlighted addresses and just delete the e-mail.

Is there anyway I can stop these spam e-mails

oppps.... submitted too early...

Change you password. That may not stop you getting the mails, but it will ensure that they are not actually being sent using your account.

The reply address on emails is set by the user and can be any address regardless of where the mail is actually being sent from, a lot of spammers use a random address from the list off addresses the spam gets sent to so any failures get returned to that address, if this is the case they tend to only use the same address for a short time, so they should stop after a few days.
