who's the guitarist

There's been a young guitarist who's become quite popular recently, plays spanish guitar. Think he's Eastern European but can't think of his name nor work it out using google.
Any ideas?

Had a listen and although he's really good, I definitely prefer Rod n Gabi!!

Oh and Doc, ace little clip! Only just had a chance to listen 'cus I can't in work but I'm impressed!
