That is an excellent textbook of Anatomy and the only change would be the naming of some structures, which is a pity as they were so "romantic and poignant" named after anatomists or surgeons that noticed their significance and importance. e.g the veins around the prostate were known as the periprostatic veins of Santorini....the nerve to Latissimus dorsi was known as the "long descending nerve of Bell"
No it is as important and accurate today as it was then, excepty perhaps for the histology section.
