Have you tried baby wipes, they are always the thing I try first (oh, and keep the crayons where little hands can't get them).
Do you mean wax crayons or felt tips?
Apparently WD 40 does the trick but not used it myself for this.
rub a bit of toothpaste onto it then wipe off with a clean dry cloth
Yep, toothpaste or baking soda and a bit of water mixed to make a paste.
Depending on what the surface of the doors and drawers are - you could try one of those paint scraper thingys that you use to get paint off window panes - but always lubricate the surface first with a little oil.
snap chris...! ;-)
I'll have to work faster, Boxtops ;-)

Put your children up for adoption.
Scotman....I think selling them would be a better idea...it might help to pay for the crayon removal....<smile>

I do keep them out her way, but she's recently discovered climbing.

Thanks Everyone
I always used washing-up liquid when my children were small. Use it neat with a damp cloth. Most marks will come off.
Wonder wipes, we use them at work, they are brilliant, remove grease, oil, ink and even silicone, without damaging the objects. You can get them from most hardware shops
Hi lyla - wasn't meant as a criticism. I have five children under 11 years old and everything that I don't want them touching is kept in the kitchen and there is a baby gate on the kitchen door. The shelves are buckling under the weight of pens, scissors, beads and other tat!
