Am I the only early bird this mo? Believe me I didn't want to be but couldn't sleep beyond 4am, had a chronic attack of indigestion, its only just shifting in spite of remedies,

I've heard about the strong winds up North but here in Southend its very calm but overcast, we are due some rain, perhaps its the calm before the storm.

Good morning again (or is it aftn?) Haven't had lunch yet.
I'm feeling a lot better, I went back to bed to try and catch up. I took my Lansopprazole, it took a while before they did their work.. God I used to think indigestion was a hiccup and a couple of burps. Nowadays I know different. I've even been taken to hospital with a suspected heart attack which turned out to be indigestion. Thats how bad the pain is.

All is well now, the sun is shining, the sky is blue.
Can't be bad eh?
