I wondered about this but have consulted several dictionaries and...Plural is Romanies. Romani is the feminine adjective of romano (man).So I am going with Romany.

I have put Ituraea after a lot of Googling around.
I can' t seem to find anything that supports it though or the answer that some of the others have which is Idumaea.
It looks to me as if he gave her most of Syria and its environs!!!
