i'm very impressed about how upbeat all of you are. the little people in my head tell me i am not old, young or lonely, but secretly i do feel alone sometimes. i really enjoy coming on cb as i miss having a meal and drinks and chats with my friends. we are all so far apart now - not just in distance but after 15 years things change..

Probably not lonely (telephone contact with family) but often alone. Do not drive, buses finish early making cinema and theatre visits expensive. Taxis! So often home alone in the evenings. Enjoy CB. Have just discovered on-line Scrabble. Excellent library within bus distance. Reading group once a month. Little (ie. virtually no ) day to day contact with face to face people. Old? A relative idea.
Appreciate being in touch with you all. Most days days can manage the crosswords without help. Good to know you are available if needed.
Complete the crosswords but never submit them. Too lazy to walk to the post box or to too mean to pay the postage?
