i had an email confirming an order from this site last week except that i didnt make the order.  i emailed them back asking them to cancel it and i've left two messages on their customer helpline number.  the order came through the post and i've had the money taken out of my account but i DIDNT make the order.  i've sent them another email but i dont know what else to do.  can anyone help?

You do not say if you are male or female, but given the name of the web site could it be a surprise for you ? 

Somehow they think you are the person paying for it, instead of the person who is receiving it.

If not then I think you have done all you can. Keep the order for a period of time and if they do not charge you or come and pick it up then keep or sell it.

i would contact the citizens advice bureau, they will point you in the right direction. how did they get your account details to debit your account?????

Under distance selling regulations, you are netitled to cancel he order anytime within 14 days of receiving the goods - I would contact the compnay by way of letter and also inform your bank of the same. Your bank must refund your money within 30 days.

I purchased something 2 months ago and they took more than they should have. I cancelled the order and whilst the compnay hasn't come back to me I got a full refund from my credit card

louadams - i had an account with them anyway, but i didnt order this item.

oneeyedvic - i've emailed and called, i'll call again monday and if i dont get anything back i'll take it from there.
