Cleaning tarnished costume jewellery

Unfortunately I got into the bad habit of hanging all my necklaces on one jewellery hook - now I have found they have tarnished (by being too close to each other?) Is there anything I can buy or use to revitalise/restore them? They are costume jewellery necklaces but they were still expensive so I would dearly love to restore them to their former glory.

debenhams sell a "Anti tarnish sterling silver jewellery cleaning cloth"

i use them on all my costume jewellery and they work a treat :o)
