Oh I forgot it was on tonight. It would only make me gip if there are dirty loos though. Its put me off going away since i watched these sort of programmes.

It's on Channel 5 on Saturday at 12.05pm - think it's the same episode (all it says in the description for tonight's episode and Saturday's is 'Alex Polizzi transforms failing hotels'.

I can't see when it's repeated (is available online on Ch5) so maybe Sherr is right. It's about a campsite called the Hollybush.
Imagine 4 or 5 loos in an outside building, filled to the brim with yellow and brown things and frozen over. I nearly heaved.

I remember Alex advising one hotelier that when the guest arrives to see their bathroom and loo, they shoud look as though the guest is the first person ever to use it.

That's a description I have stuck by when ever i check in anywhere - does it look like i am first in - if not, I ask for a change of room.
