Where can I buy garlic tartare sauce, please?

I did get it from Garlic Farm, on the Isle of Wight, but they make it, no longer. Does anyone know of any other source?

Why don't you buy some tartar sauce, use a garlic press, and add the garlic to the tartar sauce?
