Am I the only one who finds them mind numbingly dull? I can't stand them. Why does there have to be so many of them?
I'll take out Come Dine With Me as an exception because it's not really about the food is it.
Whos' that guy with the squishy little face who has keeps everything in his fridge in brown paper bags and makes me feel like a bad person for not cultivating my own field of herbs. I'd love to cause him just a little bit of pain.
eeuugghhh, my worst nightmare. At least they have made a channel dedicated to it. If they could just move all the programmes over to it and I wouldn't have to suffer them anymore.
I love masterchef. I also enjoy saturday kitchen, most things with Gordon Ramsey, anything with Michel Roux (he's so handsome, I can't be the only person that sees this!) and I keep forgetting to watch the great british menu. I hate a lot of stuff that is more popular viewing and the only thing I think I love as much as the cooking programs currently is Family Guy.
Yeah, bf watches them. Although I don't know why cos he never cooks. Dad can't watch them. He used to be a chef so everything anyone ever does on a cooking programme is wrong and he has a better way to do it. It's not a pleasant experience watching one with my Dad.
I don't watch the current cookery programmes but I use to watch Delia and Nigella when they were on. I'm bored with Jamie, Gorden and the other cleleb chefs but I don't mind cooks like Delia etc.
Exactly Pinki. Does anyone actually cook anything they see on these programmes? And if they do I bet it NEVER looks or tastes anything like it should, even though it will have been 'really easy'.
It makes sense to make programmes about what people do most .So eating figures quite high .Until smell is devoloped on television it will be limited ..To compensate for this we have these knowall cooks or what ever fancy name they are called them selves ..
