Got caught Speeding

Got a summons doing 36 in 30mph zone i am going on the speed awareness course so I don't get 3 points has anyone been on it? What doe it entails?

mrs mav attended 1 and has been said befor,she rather enjoyed it and she too saod it was very informative,she said there was a bloke there who was 78 and it was his first motoring offence...

I know someone who recently attended the course and he said it opened his eyes and he found it very interesting & informative. He even said he felt it should be something everyone should attend before taking their test.

Went on one several years ago (my area trialled them)- agree with above comments. Mine took a whole afternoon and there's no bunking off early, or you're back to square one!

I've been on it!.........was really nervous, but it was fine, really friendly and lots of information!......have to say that they were just going through the motions though!.....private company, just doing the course and getting a fee for it!.......it,s no big deal!............better than getting the points!...........
