Which MPV?

Hi,
I'm planning to buy a 2nd hand MPV with a budget of c�11000 max.

I've shortlisted a Renault Espace, Toyota Previa and Ford Galaxy. My main question is do all these cars have cabin seats or more specifically 3-point seat belts as we don't like lap belts for the kids. We are getting different answers from the dealers and can't work out whether it is dependent on the year or trim level. Any ideas? Ta
