Do I have the right to cancel a city break booked online with lastminute.com
6 Answers
I booked a city break online yesterday and entered my partners details incorrectly and have been informed that to change the details will cost £145. This annoys me as the price of the city break was only £350 and seems unreasonable to say the least so my question is that under distance selling regulation I am entitled to a full refund on what I have booked?
Thanks for any help.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.probably not, as most cheap flights are non-refundable. A quick look at last minute.com shows that they also charge a cancellation fee, on top of any fee the hotel/accomodation might charge, so even if you could cancel, it wouldn't necessarily be cheaper than the £145 you are being charged to change
Upon booking most things, but particularly flights and hotels you will be prompted to ensure you have entered the correct information. In some cases you may also be asked to tick a box confirming you have done so. I'm afraid although the cost does seem excessive, it was up to you to check it was all correct in the first place.
