Something not quite right about this affair, and I don't mean why didn't she seek asylum in Britain.
Although she was dragged away from foreign reporters by Libyan government minders, she was then not heard of for several days, only to reappear in Tunisia and later Qatar.
She has now been sent back to Libya, "she should have been allowed to stay in Qatar, and her deportation runs contrary to international law", says a spokesperson of the UN refugee agency.
Why didn't she stay in Tunisia?
Interesting to note however, why did the Guardian find it necessary to include in this story, the two paragraphs beginning 'Meanwhile Nato continued its relentless nightly bombing raids'? totally unnecessary, in my opinion.

I read somewhere earlier that her removal was requested by the NTC rep in Qatar, that she has made a complaint against the treatment of her and her family by the Qatar security forces and that they were violently removed by female armed forces. Apparently she is safe though. If I can remember where I saw it I will give a link, but I go all over the place so may not find it again sorry.
