Well, on the News, I saw the protest outside the new Playboy Club.

Questions ...

(1) Should we (a) join the protest, or (b) apply for jobs in the club.

(2) Guys ... Does the idea of a Bunny Club still appeal? or is it "a bit 70's"?

(3) Do they accept women members? (I'd assume so)

(4) Who would we rather have to our parties - the Protesters, or the Bunnies? (don't be swayed by the heading of the thread!).

I think those days have gone now, OK in the 60's but now?

Well, somebody obviously thinks there's some mileage left in it.

I agree, it feels a bit dated.

I wonder why the protesters are chanting outside a club where women wear bunny costumes, instead of lap dancing clubs where the women are totally naked?
I think he should start a chain of bunny clubs around the UK, be a major tourist attraction.
i think there are worse things

I wonder if they aren't seen as a bit "middle aged" ?
Might be a bit dated but what harm are these Clubs doing.
There are far more sleazy Clubs available and I'm pretty sure the Bunny Club will be tastefully run

Yes, I think so too.
Gals wearing figure flaunting costumes are never out of fashion. Individuals may need to decided when they should pass the baton on though.

I wonder if they need a "gym bunny" ?

I'd wear the ears !
actually, I think I'd sooner have a protestor to my party; I sort of assume that bunnies are blonde and dim, otherwise they'd have jobs in investment banking, which is probably very prejudiced on my part.

They sound more 50s than 70s to me (when the magazine was founded), and I doubt that I could keep a straight face in a club where the young ladies wore powder puff tails. But I'm not sure it's something worth protesting about just because your mother did.

....Nothing else??????

jno ...

At least they HAVE jobs !

The protesters look like they live off you and me, and the rest of the taxpayers.

slapshot ...

I was thinking ... gym kit?

(and if someone could knock 25 years off my age, that would be handy)
that's fine, I used to be a protestor while I lived off the state. In fact the state should always pay a few people to protest about the big business it spends most of its time sucking up to.
