Since both (all?) have success then does it really matter ?
The advice is useful, but it is probably the thought of going each week that focuses your mind and really helps.
At WW You'r allowed to eat loads so You loose weight very slowly so You have to go for longer and pay more sub's. I bet S.W is the same. I'v never been to either but I know people who have.
My doctors surgery say that they find people who go to SW have better weight lose results. I lost 3.5 stone with them a couple of years ago and have kept most of it off. I din't find I was hungry either.
13 weeks with Slimming world and I have lost 1stone 8lbs.Loads to eat, loads of choice and twice I have broken the diet for a day or two for special occasions and found it easy to then return to eating sensibly and healthily.A slow steady weight loss is far better than a fast one in my opinion. Good luck crisgal
Weight Watchers is excellent if you have strong willpower. I lost nearly 2 stone since christmas. As others have mentioned they like you to loose a little over a long period, hence they get more subs. I no longer go, but i know how it works am managing still to loose weight. Good Luck
Slimming World, definitely. I lost six stone over eighteen months, kept most off, apart from being in hospital, but back on track now. You can eat very well and never be hungry. Staying at the class is definitely a help, try not to just go and weigh and leave. It can get a bit repetitive but you get the support from the other members, after all you are all there for the same reason
some areas have an argreenment with SW to get a free 12 week countdown if you have a lot to lose worth checking with your GP best thing with slimming world there is hardly any weighing and measuring
