would agree on 99% Joe but Nigel Martyn was a fantastic keeper and should have taken over from Seaman. He was better than seaman for many a year before seaman was final put out to grass.
and your wrong on the other thread too..... Robinson could not lace Martyns boots. Leeds got rid of the wrong keeper.

Leeds fan eh mick?

All about personal opinions
Did i argue with Alan Smith?
Martyn was the best english keeper for years.

Now I see why you're so anti-ManU

Smith is probably on your hate list cos he left you for the enemy
no, Joe no.... i actually thought fergie was wasting his money.
Smith made himself look stupid by joining man u .... after his comment earlier in his career.
Question Author
Turns out you were right he was a waste of money, I'm sure Newcastle fans think so too

What was Smith's comment?
interviewer .....is there any team you would not join, if you left Leeds united.

you can guess his answer
Question Author
Not a great loss for Leeds, an overrated hothead

I'm sure that's the standard answer any player gives when asked that question, the name of his current teams most hated rivals
Carlton Palmer - Geoff Thomas - Keith Curle - Scott Carson

Martyn and Carragher??? Can't agree Walker Brown & Ehiogu not England class but far from the worst
Question Author
Agree with Carson, he can take over on the bench from Martyn (that'll please Mick Leeds Talbot!)

Carlton Palmer, Geoff Thomas and Keith Curle all won caps in the early 90's, my choices were from 2000 onwards
Jamie Carragher? Are you taking the Mickey??
Question Author
Nope, he's a donkey.....Premiership quality yes - International quality definitely not
I'm taking my cue from your avatar Joeluke...
