I have just received the following email - does anyone know if it is spam? I don't want to give anyone my password etc and then find out i have been "had".

Spam is just emails you don't want & didn't ask for.
Any message that asks you to give any personal details or to go to another website should be deleted, unless it's from a trusted source.
There are a lot of scams pretending to be from your bank or PayPal.
