You say ' we do not do that' and remove her from the situation, place her in a quiet corner until she calms down, but always explain it is wrong to hit, kick, etc - if you wait she will keep it in her behaviour.
I`ve just been on the local buses in Los Angeles with all the little hispanic kids. They seemed as quiet as mice and content too, sitting on their mum`s laps. I got back to the UK and within 5 minutes what do I see? The screaming kid having a tantrum and sounding like someone`s torturing him. Seems prevalent in the UK (and America) I can never understand why or maybe I can..
<<<She will stop doing this when her parents make sure she knows that this behaviour is not acceptable>>> And there`s the rub
