That will mean nothing to anyone who doesn't occasionally drive into London, and put Capital Radio on.

So yesterday, I went to the Capital Radio Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium.

Very jolly ... but it rained all day, so I'm glad I wasn't standing in the middle.

Bit of a long blast to get my pals' daughter and her friends back to school last night, and I was home in bed ... ooh, about three hours ago?

Is it morning already???

The "Summertime Ball" is not actually a Ball ... it's a big Pop music gig.
