orange top up cards

just got a new top up card from my local orange shop and registered it from my mobile. Went to use it the other day and it woudnt work, it was swiped a few times and nothing happened, so got a voucher instead. Now i do have a spare unregistered top up card. Can I register this one? Would it make any difference to orange is i was to have two regisetered top up cards but only used 1?

ask them why it doesn't work first if you say you'd registered it

Whilst I don't know how they work I'd be surprised if having 2 cards was a problem. It's not in their interest to make that big a mess on payments from customers.

Either the second registered would supercede the first, or more likely there would be facility for a number of such cards per account, and they'd remove one when it eventually became clear it wasn't being used.

But yes, maybe the first stop is to ask what the problem is.
