Which airlines fly from Spain to Cyprus

None by the looks.  This is from the Visit Cyprus web site:

Major gateways are: Athens, London, Manchester, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Paris, Rome, Milan, Geneva, Zurich, Vienna, Malta, Moscow, Budapest, Sofia, Bucharest, Warsaw and Prague. In addition there are charter flights mainly during the Summer season. From the Scandinavian countries there are charter flights only from March until November."

Larnaca airport seems not to have a web site.  Alternatively, you could perhaps look at the web site of the appropriate Spanish airport which will probably list destinations.  There may be some charter flights to Cyprus.

If that draws a blank, the best solution would probably to transit through Athens (assuming you are going to the Greek part of Cyprus)..

I think SteveD is right. I've checked on SkyScanner with an input of both 'Larnaca' and 'Paphos' and neither come up with direct routes to Spain. Sorry!
