There are a number of sites that will explain how you can work it out for your own paper sample. Just type "resistivity of paper" into your search engine and take your pick.

As Mike writes you will have to measure it for your own sample as the resistivity will vary depending on the type of paper, (ie addatives etc) and also on the amount of moisture in the paper. Good luck.
