It's a dance isn't it?
I used to do the Gay Gordons with Lil and the Woodhams in Sutterton village hall, circa early 70's. Used to love it. Used to wear kilts especially, and if we could flash our knickers, all the better ;-)
I always thought there was nothing worn under the kilt
Question Author
It is a dance, but also the nickname of the Gordon Highlanders.

salla....what knickers?
Reminds me of Harry Secombe singing ♫Should I be ashamed the good Lord made me gay♫ Meant something completely different than the modern gay of course.
