I've just started getting into serious exercising over the last couple months. The scale would not budge a millimetre, and all of a sudden I've gained 5 pounds!!!! It is normal to gain weight before losing it?? I'm going crazy!!!
you need to make sure that you are not doing the excercise and then eating more after. if you want to loose weight you will need to limit your calorie intake as well as doing significant (not too excessive though) excercise.
