I don't think this correct but it's seems to be what they want as an answer. I've entered it on line and it wouldn't accept Panchetta - Which is what I think the answer should be.

I always thought Pancetta (Panchetta) was Italian bacon, i.e. CURED pork, not roasted. PORCHETTA is a whole pig, boned, rolled, seasoned and roasted. Surely, from the clue, that must be the correct answer. (I have also seen the plural of pancetta and PANCETTE, not pancetti.
