Due to the sand/salt we are constantly under siege from, both front window regulators of my Daewoo have seized...........they are mechanical and the wire on the drivers door has snapped completely.
They need replacing and so I have been doing a little surfing to see if I can find some out on t'interweb.........

I came across a web-site, that on first glance seems to be excellent.....'24/7spares.co.uk'.

I am a little concerned that after having registered, I am now invited to ring a mobile number; 07034713946, to receive quotes, etc.

Is this a standard number or one of these expensive ones ?

Can anyone else suggest where I might be able to buy these parts ?

Thankyou.

Hi Jack, I use that site often & they are ok, also look on ebay, Car parts uk, Do not take it to the dealer unless you have a good bank balance. I will have a look for you. give a bit more info of your car, the year, mod, which side.
I should add, they contact you not the other way around.

Thats enough of your fairy tales!
Buy the bits on eBay. Job can be done outside (in this weather) Pretty straight-forward once door trims removed.
