Gastric Band Hypnotherapy?

An offer has come onto Groupon, for four sessions of this. Can't say I've ever heard of it. I presume you are hypnotised into thinking you've got a gastric band fitted, and if all goes to plan, you lose some weight.

Any thoughts on this, please?
