had my niece and nephew staying all weekend. Redcrx just came to pick them up and its so horribly quiet even my bloke said 'I'm bored now, I want the kids back' its quite upsetting, miss them already, even though we are both shattered :-(

I'm OK thanks. Have been praying for rain for weeks and weeks, and now we have had two days worth I'm grumbling about it. I am bored too. I can't stand being inside all day and I'm cold!

Have you got or considered getting a cat? They are great company, and can catch more mice than kids usually do.

thank you so much, sis. We really appreciated the break and had a lovely weekend, albeit very very busy. It was strange not having them with us but we knew that they were going to have a great time with you and they did. .

Ha, ha, but children are definitely noisier than animals and harder work and messier. I'll stick with my pets!

But 4get knows she will never get me babysitting for her (She lives very near to me)
