Kinda the wrong time to transplant roses... at least here in the U.S. But if you have no other choice, trim them back slightly, mostly to remove any dead canes and open up the center of the plant for air circulation. When moving the plant, take as much extra soil around the circumference as you can to obtain maximum root support.
Fertilize lightly using a mix with the middle number higher than the other two, such as 5-9-4, which will promote root development and water profusely assuring the pot has good drainage. Lots of sun, please!
