I am struggling but i wondered if 74 could be Village Sign ? also 9 is waterhose ?? but do not know following word wondering if it could be tap, there is pub called the tap ?
Has anyone got 24. yet, thought the last word could be signal or sign ?

I think that 15 is a misspelling should be - Hes on your lap- Which i think is Dog, this answer i believe is Dog Foul(chicken) Bin(Bread bin)
