incredimail e mail

Does anyone know how to get in touch with incredimail by phone and actually talking to a "human". I use this system to send and receive my e mails but as of this morning I can no longer send or receive. I keep going onto their help and support and am getting nowhere. Plus if you have a problem you have to send an e mail.?????

Incredimail isn't a 'system'. It's a program (referred to an an 'email client'), just like Outlook Express, Outlook, Windows Live Mail and Thunderbird. It's widely reviled and despised by many of the 'regulars' in AB's Technology section because it messes with your computer's registry and frequently causes immense irritation to those people who receive your emails.

Just like Outlook and Outlook Express, Incredimail has a nasty habit of losing account settings. (Which is almost certainly wghat has happened in your case). The easiest way to fix the problem is to completely delete your account and then create it again. (Deleting your account only removes the settings. It doesn't remove any mail from your Inbox or elsewhere). Make sure that you know your username and password for your email account. Then follow these instructions to delete your account

Better still, ditch Incredimail and use a decent email client instead.

Incredimail is a ruddy VIRUS : )

I am always telling people to get rid of it .. and it is the most annoying email program to receive an email from. If stuffs Windows registry with masses of entries that are here forever unless manually cleaned out (a very difficult task)
Get rid and install Thunderbird : )

Thank you all so much especially Chris. I have now got my e mail back I am not very computer lierate and more or less have to have an "idiot guide" to do anything technical. When I find out how to get another programme with my same email address and password, I will take all of your advice and get rid.
