deloris - have to go out shortly so may not answer any further posts - I was under the impression 'commission of trust' referred to a position (think it's a Swedish term) rather than an actual board. Why the question - curiosity or is it pertinent to you?

Since the Commission of Trust is not a UK organisation, I am not sure it is relevant to UK legislation. As per Carmalee, what is the context, please?
