What does it mean when you dream that your teeth are falling out?

Depends who you ask, but it is a very common dream. 

I would say that you may have some underlying angst or insecurity about your physical appearance or a slight imperfection on your face (spots etc) which is niggling away at you in your sub-conscious.

Others would say, losing teeth in dreams represents milestones, transition, insecurity and the loss
of childhood innocence.  Some even say that it is representitive of the fear of castration.  You will have decide which is true for you.

I've heard that it's to do with facing a period of change in your life 'cause we lose teeth when we become an adult. I have found that I dream about losing my teeth when I've going through upheaval so there might be something in it.

I also read that it means you are denying your homosexual feelings which was a tad surprising.

I've read that it can represent the loss of a friendship, or more commonly, that you're worried about losing / leaving a friend / group of friends.

It depends how teeth relate to you and what kind of person you are. If you use your teeth a lot in your profession-if you smile a lot say-it could be insecurity about physical appearance. If you are a shy person for example it could mean that you aren't getting your feelings across.

apparantly it is a common dream to have when you're pregnant but it's supposed to mean that something not so good will happen to you that will crush your pride and cause a close relationship to end.
