i'm a 3rd year student of bachelor of technology course(instrumentation&control).wat are the things required to get a high pay engineering job.there is no on campus placement in my college.wat are the things in which i'll need to improve to get a good job.

Well, you could start by fixing the Shift keys on your computer's keypad...
Take Trimeresurus's advice. Your CV and applications should be written with great care (avoid i, wat, sum, etc).
You need some experience - try voluntary work. You also need a good degree. You need to practise for interviews and show you have a real desire.
