HELP PLEASE WITH SENTENCING

I have a thread already regarding this, Just need some Info.
My ex got charged with common assault with a 16 week imprisonment suspended for 2 years,a community domestic violence programme also a 2 year restraining order not to threaten or impose violence even though we were still living together. He assaulted me 2 days later and has been charged with breach of restraining order and assault by beating.he has breached his restraining order 3 times but got off with it. What is the possible outcome of this case.I am pressing charges and attending court,the last assault I stuck by him the cps prosecuted as it was so serious.On this paperwork it says The attorney general can appeal this is this still possible as he attacked me only two days after being sentenced,
