Money Box with No Bottom?

My daughter was given a money box with no bottom. its made from pot. How can i open it without smashing it. Is there a way i could create a hole at the bottom?

It's beyond me why there would be no way of getting it out TBH, as i personally would like to refill it after depositing the cash.

If there is £1,100 in there in notes there is no way you will get it out without breaking it. Normally with coins you can slide them all out with a large knife, but there is no way you could do this with banknotes.

Just one more thing, we all demand a cut of this cash, as we have helped you out with your little problem.

If as redcrx has indicated you can prize the top off try & find something that you can use to replace the top ( for instance I discovered that the plastic tops off Pringle crisps fit very nicely on a glass tumbler to keep dust & insects out of my overnight applejuice drink.) Ron.

Take a hammer to the bottom and cover with tape (but don't tell my OH....)

Its a Terra-mundi you are supposed to smash them and use some of the money saved to buy the next one

The money box is called a Taramundi pot not sure if i have spelt it right, that is the idea of them you fill them up and smash it, when you smash it you make a wish !
