If I want to draw attention to a previous thread, how and what do I copy and paste on the current thread? have seen links before but can't work out what to do. Thank you

The complete address in the address bar of your browser (when viewing the question you want to link to)

the address is the text that starts http://
1. Go to the thread you wish to re-post.
2. In the browser address bar ^^ up there (where this one says : http://www.theanswerb...Question1032004.html)
Left click your mouse and drag a high-lighter box over the address.
3. Once it's high-lighted press 'Ctrl' and 'C' together.
4. Return to the page that you want to paste it onto and press 'Ctrl' and 'V' together.

(I've just noticed Chuckie has responded to this in the recent posts box.....I bet his answer is better than mine.)

I was going to do a nice little video showing exactly how to do it, but my screen recorder just crashed my computer :(
