Making a Will on-line?
13 Answers
I need to make a Will ASAP as I don't want my 2nd Wife (separated for 5 years not divorced no kids) to inherit anything.
I have 4 adult children from my first wife and are still close friends.
Dont really want to be conned by solicitors for printing out a few papers, so has anybody done this on-line and can recommend a company? Thanks A/Bs.

As you are still married to your second wife, she could make a claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and although you are separated she would qualify for the higher spousal standard of provision (if she was in fact successful). Much better to clean break divorce and then any claim under the said act is less likely to be successful.
I hope you get things sorted trt, but is it money stopping you filing for divorce ? if you dont want to spend money on a solicitor for a will you probably dont want to spend out on a divorce.
Make sure your kids know you are leaving them in the will or no 2 will claim all and they wont realise, hasnt she offered to divorce you ?
