Eviction Notice
2 Answers
I have been issued with an eviction notice for missing one months rent.
We were at court six months ago for the same thing and the judge said to pay rent plus 5 pound arrears each week. I have got legal advice, but they can't do anything until the actual date for court comes through.
I am pregnant, plus have a toddler and we have been paying, just over the last month has been a struggle.
I can clear the arrears next week, but they're still taking us to court.
Where do I stand and do you think we'll get evicted?
