He was taping his reaction to something pretty disgusting. It seemed like a parody on something or other, but I just didn't get it!

I didn't see it but I think I know what episode you mean. It is a horrible internet clip called two girls and a cup (never seen it but heard about it) it is really rude but the jist is that they eat each others excrement
